What's different about this year's Epcot International Food & Wine Festival? It's starting earlier than ever, making it the longest festival ever held It's combining some components of the International Flower & Garden Festival, which ended prematurely. It's a "Taste of Epcot", which references many favorites from the past, as well as the idea that it's not as big as in years past.
