If THAT is Percy’s official “NASA mission,” how come it’s carrying a ground-penetrating RADAR instrument — capable of seeing (roughly …) only 30 feet under the undulating ancient lakebed that Percy’s currently sitting on?; if Jezero was truly such “an ancient lake,” slowly filling with sediments washed down by the obvious ancient river channel visible just to the west of the crater, what underground “geology” could Percy’s little radar possibly find … if [...]
