2021: A Year In Review

from HubTalk Chronicles Podcast

365 days came and went. Another year in the books. In this episode, we discuss every bus order, every transit transfer, the debut of OMNY cards, subway detours/general orders, and how both the American Rescue Plan and The Infrastructure & Jobs Investment Act helped saved the MTA from potential service cuts/fare hikes and how it funded projects such as the Second Av Subway, LIRR East Side Access to Grand Central, and Metro-North Access to Penn Station. I want to truly thank everyone for listening to the HubTalk Chronicles in 2021. I know that we have disagreed a lot on certain issues, say things that were out of hand, etc. Let’s make 2022 our most productive year yet. Happy New Year from me to you.
