Full transcript available at grantcarlile.com Leave me a voice message https://anchor.fm/grantcarlile/message Reply to me on twitter @design006 I was thinking about the extrapolation of people you come in contact with in the journeys there on with the place Journey there on everyone's at a different place which is fine everyone's on their own Journey which is fine I was extremely was reflecting on different personas the different places where people might be along their Journey along their path different places where people can hear things or they think they know things they don't actually don't have that experience and they think they know things cuz something else is going well and that gives them confidence and so they push that confidence that kind of grows in broad shoulders symbolically into other parts their life in a spills over in they think everything else is going just as well or better than it is cuz some things are going well with that helps us build confidence ride and build capacity with ourselves which I like which is good and then you go out and you get more experience and you build more confidence cuz then you realize new things in that helps you build confidence in other things that whole idea of where people are at in there and they're released not relationship in their proximity to different parts of experience in in in the singularity of experiences of I have this one I have that one I have this one I’ve strung together multiple experiences to create knowledge or wisdom out of it in a door I'm strung together different strings of knowledge of wisdom that I've had an over those I've weaved a blanket of how things go and understanding and then taking that and now there's multiple layers of these blankets keeping me warm around the ideas and we're all along that Journey, we’re all in different places in proximity to things that other people have done that's all fine it's not good or bad it's right is its its understanding its its understanding where each other are at what I'm doing is trying to understand that and take that extrapolate that two groups bigger and bigger groups across Generations generations of individuals of families of countries of nations in another world in America were very young Nation and someone was telling me about we don't teach all the parts of History and there are parts of history that it'd be great to teach about America and what we've gone through so that people have the context and it just reminds me that the more experience you have what happens as you educate yourself on the experiences of others who have come before you that's what kind of that knowledge Gathering becomes once you get your own experience you want more around the things you've uncovered in discovered and the way you do that without having to go through at yourself is by reading from listening to other people and oftentimes we can't predict the future rather we read a book that someone else wrote about a similar experience they had we listen to audio recordings of explaining deciphering unpacking experiences they've had we watch a video or a movie however it it's filmed around someone explaining their experiences similar to what we've had and what we do with our own and we try and make sense in and understand further the things were going through and that’s knowledge, that’s experience, taking that to a a group level of whatever size family County State country region hemisphere taking that knowledge of history and making sure that we have what's....
