2021 - The Year Ever Real Estate Record Was Broken
from The Vancouver Life Real Estate Podcast · host Dan Wurtele & Ryan Dash
From all-time-high prices, sales volumes, savings rate and credit growth, Vancouver, and Canadian Real Estate saw practically ever record broken in 2021. Canadians are still flush with money and have more savings than ever - and with the policy makers flat out refusing to raise interest rates, add significant supply or even suppress the demand, housing prices are still trending upwards at an above average pace. This undoubtably can't go on forever and we expect 2022 to be a very different year - but for now - home buyers are enjoying access to cheap credit and low rates and the record low inventory is proof of this. It's going to take many months for the market to come back to an even playing field, but do expect this massive ship to start turning by Q2 2022. _________________________________ Contact Us To Book Your Private Consultation:📆 https://calendly.com/thevancouverlifeDan Wurtele, PREC, [email protected] Dash PREC778.898.0089 [email protected] www.thevancouverlife.com
