This morning we’re going to look at Zec 2:1-13, and focus on several declarations the Lord makes - a ‘declaration’ is defined as ‘a positive, explicit, or formal statement/a proclamation; the act of declaring/announcement’ Thus, for a people in a state of apathy, these declarations are to encourage the soul, stir up the spirit, & excite the heart.
