This is the ENHANCED version of Steve's talk with the addition of the slideshow. <p> Steve Blomer is the author of "Inside Bucks Row", the first volume of a planned six book series and has had articles published in 'Ripperologist' magazine and the Journal of the Whitechapel Society. He presented a talk on the Seaside Home Witness at the 2021 Casebook: Jack the Ripper online conference. Steve’s talk takes a look at the reliability of the timings given in police and witness reports for the Whitechapel murders and is entitled A Question of Time.
