2022 Outlook & 2021 Year End Wrap on Real Estate Nationwide

Today I will be talking about a myriad of topics. This episode will be a solo cast; I’m going to be kind of rant rave and talk about a whole bunch of different things. I will be going over the statistics of the current trends in the various markets. If you can watch this episode on YouTube, it will give you a better understanding since the statistics are visual.For instance, looking at the medium home sales, there is a price increase to 13% in October 2021, from October 2020 to a median price of $357,007. That’s up by 30% in 2019. That’s a pretty big jump there, right?The real estate market is fragmented. We are seeing odd things in different markets. In this episode, I will dig deeper into the various markets. I will look at various states and highlight the unique trends are happening in every one of them.
