FCB’s Banquet speaker was Pamela Shaw. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Joy Filled Life. This coaching company specializes in empowering women to live the life of their dreams by integrating faith, personal development, and professional goals.  She has more than 40 years of professional social work experience contributing to the development of policy and practice in the fields of homelessness, community mental health, deinstitutionalization, child welfare, family services and disability rights.
