20220605 Florida Council of the Blind (FCB) 20220605 FCB Annual Business Meeting   Welcome to the 69th Annual Convention of the FLORIDA COUNCIL OF THE BLIND (FCB).  We are FCB STRONG AND WE BELIEVE IN EMPOWERMENT!!!   FCB Annual Business Meeting Bright and early on Sunday morning, participants claimed their right and responsibility as an FCB member by participating in the organization's annual business meeting. They heard from leaders about progress made and work yet needing to be done and discovered what important roles they can play in advocacy.
