2023.06.11 Joe Helg (My Father's Word - Jn 5:1-30)

Today's account shows the heart of God that reaches out to those in need, as well as meet them where they’re at. It is of note how we, as people, will go to the furthest of lengths to enforce OUR laws, OUR standards, & OUR righteousness’ over the very heart of God and end up ‘overlooking’ or even ‘dismissing’ the work of grace that has impacted a persons heart.   Now it is in the addressing of religious legalist's that Jesus shares some truths, from which, we can glean some ‘keys’ to unlock the knowledge of God’s will in our lives.
