Sermon Text: Genesis 17 God promised Abram 2 main things: land and descendants. To receive those, Abram, by faith, had to show that he trusted God with both of those. He demonstrated that he trusted God to give him land by leaving his homeland, and in Genesis 17 he demonstrates he trusts God to give him descendants by obeying the command of circumcision. In this passage, we will see God give 3 speeches and how Abram faithfully and obediently responds to those speeches.
