The show travels to Cocoon Tampa to sit down with Founder Pat Lyman.Pat has been practicing yoga since 2011. Rather than teaching class, you will find him welcoming students at the front of house or discovering new ways to improve our studio experience. Originally from NY, Pat has been a Tampa resident since 2009 and is a graduate of the University of Tampa ‘11. If he’s not at the studio, you can probably catch him outside on a run, traveling, or spending time with his wife, AJ, and his daughters Jada and Jordan. “I wanted to build a special space like Cocoon because health and wellness are passions of mine that I want to share with everyone.
