2023 HYROX World Champion (Lauren Weeks)

In this video we chat with the 2023 HYROX World Champion, Lauren Weeks. This was recorded just a few days after the World Championships in Manchester where, on the Friday night, Lauren won the Elite 15 race in a time of 59:51, making her only the second woman ever to break the 60 minute mark, and managing to do it on the grid format, on a 4 lap course (both of which traditionally make your race much slower). And what’s more she’s done it all just 10 months after having a baby!
