2023 UEFA Champions League Preview with Charlie Mullan

In this episode, UK footballing guru Charlie Mullan joins me to discuss Saturday's UEFA Champions League Final between Inter Milan and Manchester City from Istanbul. We look back at 2005's 'Miracle of Istanbul' between AC Milan and Liverpool. Milan led 3-0 before Liverpool scored three second-half goals before prevailing in penalties. Then, we look at Inter's chances of winning before discussing Man City's quest to join Manchester United as the only English teams to win the Treble of Premier League, FA Cup, and Champions League in one season. Before giving our picks, we look at each team's star players, x-factors, Lionel Messi's move to Miami. Charlie also tests my Champions League brain with some trivia. Finally, we give our picks for Saturday's game. We both believe City is too strong and will defeat Inter.
