BREAKOUT SESSION: Being Unapologetically Authentic Conforming, code-switching, and cultural norms often prevent us from showing up as our best and most authentic selves at work. Being authentic, however, means that we have to also accept others' authenticity which can be both challenging and beneficial. Using current examples, we'll consider the positives and negatives of being true to ourselves and others.
