Stichting Benaresfonds biedt steun aan de armste bevolking uit India en met name de kastelozen uit de wijk Nagwa in Varanasi (de Engelse naam van Varanasi is Benares). Steun aan en in samenwerking met de mensen daar, waarbij het vooral gaat om het verbeteren van de leefomstandigheden. Incidenteel ondersteunen we bestaande projecten. In deze podcast is de voorzitter van de stichting, Geert Verdijk, te gast.
