The Lord is come. Let earth receive her King. Let every heart prepare him room. Jesus, thank you for coming into the world, thank you for creating the world. Thank you for never giving up on us. Please forgive us and forgive me for the times , when I've given up on you, when I've given up on other people, given up on myself and chosen lesser things over the higher thingsAnd once again, while I was sleeping, other things crowded in on my heart and my mind. So, Jesus, please help me to push them back out again every morning at the start of this day and to make room for you. And help me to come and present myself before you, to stand still while you chisel away more of what is in me that is not good for me. And save me from the temptation of wanting to be the chiseler on other peopleAnd give me the wisdom and the courage to say and to do the things that might help them. And I pray in a special way for so many people who are still entranced or enthralled. We're serving the false idols of pleasure or wealth or power, girls, gold and guns. Jesus, please break their hearts of stone and give them new hearts. Please hear the prayers of this family and bless them. Today, please help us to be blessings to you, blessings to one another, to do little things with great love. In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, amen. I love you so much!
