The Body is a means of communication, not an end in itself. Too often we identify our "self" with our "body.” This is a mistake that can engender fear, and promote attack, which results in guilt. This is the "slippery slope” of the ego's descent into hell. The hell is not really there, but we make it up, thinking that the actions of the body are real and lasting. When we use the body to communicate JOY, beyond itself, then we are using the body to communicate LOVE. All other uses are errors we make to keep ourselves in a state of suffering. We can end this suffering when we decide to use the body only for Joyful purposes. And we share this Joy with other minds.
