What is the purpose of our Body? We are not our bodies, and our bodies are neutral. Our body is just a tool to use to express something. Are we expressing attack and anger with our bodies? This is not their function. Are we communicating Love and Unity with our bodies? The Body is simply a means not an end. It is a "communication device" to share that I am Love and you are Love and our Minds are joined. Our interests are the same. PEACE and JOY are the end, and the Body can be used as a tool to communicate this.
