Healing is a change of our perception. The deep memories that manifest as replaying problems may tempt us to think the Holy Spirit is not helping us. The Ego will fool us into thinking the Holy Spirit does not help us to heal. Perception alone can be "sick" or "wrong." What are the thoughts that we need to heal? Wrong perception is the illusion of sickness. Reality is not sick. But our thinking is, and projects its sickness onto the body. The healing is a corrected perception. Sleeping in the illusions of the Ego is not the real rest we need. We Rest in Awakening into the Joy of our True Self. Health is a result of this awakening. Resting is God is to be AWAKE in the truth of the Holy Spirit's Love.
