2024 D3 Track and Field Nationals: Women's Contenders

It's Nationals week! We sit down with three women who have had excellent season thus far and break down what they're looking forward to this weekend. Ren Brown just broke the 400mH record and eyes to run even faster to earn an auto qualifier for the Olympic Trials. Her performance surprised her but credits her big jump but overcoming her fear of going over the hurdles. Get Ren's Book Grace Alley came back for her fifth year. She wanted to go out with a bang and help her team. She's doing just that. She talks about the emotional toll of the crash after winning a national title and how she gets herself back in the mindset to compete.
