Pennsylvania County reports 17% fraudulent voter applications in Probe, with all four counties investigating finding fraudulent cases, including York, Lancaster, Cambria, and Monroe.Republican poll watchers in multiple Pennsylvania counties were initially turned away but have since been allowed into the building after intervention from GOP attorneys and local officials.
