Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lavender sprig or lemon twist.Winter Vacation2 oz White Rum3/4 oz Lime Juice1 oz Ginger Syrup1 spritz of Rosemary Tincture1 Lime Wheel for Garnish1 Cinnamon Stick or Apple Wood chips for smokingOptional: Smoke the glass with a scorched cinnamon stick or smoking kit before shaking cocktail.Combine rum, lime juice, and ginger syrup in a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
