If you Cook along, you need the following: FOR THE CHICKEN FRIED STEAK: 1 1/2 cups whole milk 2 large eggs 2 cups of all-purpose flour 2 tsp. seasoned salt Black pepper 3/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 3 lb. cube steak (tenderized) Kosher salt 1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil 1 Tbsp. butter FOR THE GRAVY: 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour 4 cups of whole milk 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt Black pepper If you wish to do the scrambled eggs, then extra eggs for that.
