2026 Lenten Reflection: Day 18- The Gift of Peace

We continue on our Lenten Reflection: Day 18. It consists of a reading, reflection, and then we end in prayer. I pray that this is a blessing to you this Lent.     Day 18: The Gift of Peace Thursday, March 5 "Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." (John 14:27) Peace is a gift from God, and during Lent, we are reminded to cultivate peace in our hearts and relationships. Christ is the Prince of Peace, and we are called to share that peace with others. Reflection: Are there areas of your life that need peace? Pray for God to bring peace into those situations and for you to be a peacemaker. Prayer: Lord, fill my heart with Your peace. Help me to be a peacemaker in my relationships and to reflect Your peace in the world.
