2026 Lenten Reflection: Day 19- Preparing for New Life

We continue on our Lenten Reflection: Day 19. It consists of a reading, reflection, and then we end in prayer. I pray that this is a blessing to you this Lent.     Day 19: Preparing for New Life Friday, March 6 “Jesus answered and said to him, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3) Lent is a time to prepare for the new life that comes with the Resurrection. As we let go of old habits and patterns, we open ourselves to the new life that Christ offers us. Reflection: Is there an area of your life where you need new life today? Let go of what is old, and embrace the new that God is offering you. Prayer: Lord, thank You for the new life You offer through the Resurrection. Help me to embrace that new life and to live fully in the hope of Your victory.
