2026 Lenten Reflection: Day 22- Humbling Ourselves

We continue on our Lenten Reflection: Day 22. It consists of a reading, reflection, and then we end in prayer. I pray that this is a blessing to you this Lent.     Day 22: Humbling Ourselves Monday, March 9 “And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.” (Matthew 23:12) Lent calls us to humble ourselves before God. Jesus showed us the ultimate humility when He gave His life for us on the cross. We are invited to walk in that humility each day. Reflection: How can you humble yourself today? Perhaps it’s in how you treat others or in submitting your own will to God’s. Prayer: Lord, help me to walk in humility, just as You did. Teach me to serve others with a humble heart, always seeking Your will.
