2026 Lenten Reflection: Day 8- The Gift of Mercy

We continue on our Lenten Reflection: Day 8. It consists of a reading, reflection, and then we end in prayer. I pray that this is a blessing to you this lent    Day 8: The Gift of Mercy Monday, February 23 "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy." (Matthew 5:7) Mercy is the heartbeat of the Gospel. As we reflect on Christ’s mercy toward us, we are called to extend that mercy to others. Reflection: Is there someone you need to show mercy to today? Maybe it’s forgiving someone, or offering grace in a difficult situation. Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your boundless mercy.
