2026 NFL Draft Positional Series: Linebackers The Buffalo Bills Should Consider.

The Buffalo Bills entered the offseason with clear needs at the linebacker position. The schematic change to Jim Leonhard’s 3-4 defense presumes that Gregory Rousseau and newly acquired Bradley Chubb will man the two starting OLB spots. However, there is still concern that the Bills have very little depth at the ILB position. Terrel Bernard could blossom in this scheme, but Bernard injuries have left his 2023 campaign as a distant memory. Dorian Williams has loads of athletic ability, but is he ready to step into a full time starting role? Behind Bernard and Williams, the Bills have done nothing during free agency thus far to address the position, leaving the NFL Draft as the next major avenue to acquire talent.
