If you cook along, you need the following: ·      6-8 chicken thighs skinned and boned ·      2 tablespoons of vegetable oil ·      1 medium white onion chopped ·      3 garlic cloves minced ·      1 medium carrot peeled and sliced ·      1 zucchini sliced ·      1 red bell pepper chopped ·      1 teaspoon fresh ginger zest and juice: ·      ½ cup of 2 oranges ·      1 tablespoon honey ·      1 cup chicken stock ·      1 ½ teaspoon ground coriander ·      1 teaspoon ground cumin ·      1 teaspoon chili flakes ·      a pinch of cinnamon ·      ½ teaspoon ground turmeric ·      fresh cilantro for topping Herbie takes requests for future recipes or if you want to present a cooking demo.
