(2026_01_28) - Understanding the spirit of Man - Pastor Israel Ajiboye

from Gadites USA · host GaditesUSA

In this episode, our Pastor took an in-depth and scripture-centered exploration of one of the fundamental components of the tripartite nature of man, the human spirit. We examine what the Bible teaches about the state of the human spirit before salvation and what truly occurs when a person believes in Jesus Christ. Drawing from Scripture, we explore the spiritual transformation that occurs at regeneration and how this new life in Christ reshapes our identity, perception, and relationship with God.He also explored the various ways the word “spirit” is used throughout the Bible, whether referring to the human spirit, the Spirit of God, attitudes, breath, or spiritual realities. Because these meanings often overlap, they can easily lead to misunderstanding if not carefully distinguished.Through thoughtful biblical analysis, we clarify these distinctions and show how context determines meaning, helping listeners develop a more accurate and mature understanding of Scripture. Our goal is not only to inform, but to equip believers to rightly divide the Word of truth, grow in spiritual discernment, and walk more intentionally in the life of the Spirit.
