(2026_07_25) -Understanding the Heavens 2: X-raying the Pattern of the Tabernacle - Sophomores BM– Pastor David Diya

In this episode of the sophomores brethren meeting, our Pastor taught on the tabernacle. He explained that the tabernacle is a pattern of the heavens. It was originally shown to Moses on Mount Sinai. Exo 25:9, 1 King 8:27, Heb 8:5.In addition we saw that the tabernacle is a shadow of the house that the Lord seeks to dwell and rest in. It was then explained that in the new testament, the tabernacle is meant to be built up in our souls as a resting place for the Lord. Our pastor then explained about the divisions of the tabernacle - the Court, the Holy Place, and the Most Holy Place which is the Kingdom of Christ and of God. It was clearly seen that the tabernacle is righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Isaiah 66:1, Eph 5:5, Rom 14:17.Furthermore we saw that the Israelites journey was patterned after the tabernacle. It was clearly seen that the Israelites were not serving God in Egypt which connoted that a believer cannot serve God in the milk faith under the new testament regime. It was then seen that the tabernacle is needed to be built up in us to be able to offer spiritual sacrifices to the Lord. Exo 8:1, 1 Peter 2:5. Finally, we established that the understanding of every component of the tabernacle is very important as every aspect has a meaning in the new testament and without understanding the tabernacle in its entirety we cannot complete our journey to the salvation of our souls. Heb 8:5.
