2028 • Update: Niche Property #1 On its way to becoming a six-figure website.

Welcome back to another episode of the rock your brand podcast. Today I'll talk about how one of my niche properties is on its way to becoming a six-figure website. I started it just about three years ago, and it was started as a complete case study had no idea where it would go. It ended up being the one that we share inside of brand creators academy. It's one in which we show our analytics and what we're doing to grow it. It has been just a passive thing where I did not want it, and I did not want to write any of the content, and I wanted it to be totally automated. I wanted it to be a test project and something that I wanted to get to a thousand dollars a month. I didn't know how long it would take, but I also wanted to be able to sell it in the future, which I'm not sure when that will be. It could be next year, and it could be in five years. It's kind of like a piece of rental property.
