Whether it’s a large scale event like Change Conference or your ministry’s own event with just your students – we really believe that the work you do after the fact is critically important. The decisions or spiritual experiences that students have are further solidified when we thoughtfully help them process all that they are going through.   That’s what Sid and Jeremy talk through in this week’s conversation.
