We talk biases, systematic racism & what we are going to do to be better allies. This is a turning point for America, white people — we need to show up, listen up and stand up. WE are at fault here, all of us. Jake & Sara take a dive into human injustice toward our black brothers & sisters & we hope you listen. We hope you recognize your own biases, because we did. We sat back after the discussion & pointed to how even in this discussion bias & lack of education showed up in us. We will work to be better, will you?
