204 - Limitless Mind: Crushing Doubt and Unlocking Potential

from The Tiff & Jack Show Hosted by Tiff & Jack Walker

There's so much for you here to experience, to be, to do, and to have. The reason we don't is because of what we're thinking. And those thoughts we're thinking, keeping us playing so so small, are what we refer to as "limiting beliefs." A few examples of limiting beliefs: "I'm too old." "I'm too young." "I'm not educated enough." "I'm not pretty enough." "I'm not smart enough." "I can't because ________________." "I'm wrong." "The economy's too bad for me to be successful." "No one hears me." (and so many more) Our thoughts create our feelings. Our feelings create our actions. And our actions create our life. Therefore, it only stands to reason that our thoughts create our life. The problem is that 95% of our thoughts (including our limiting beliefs) live in the unconscious mind. That means they're running the show and we don't even know they're there. It's time to bring those suckers out into the light and boot their a** to the curb. Bagwork™ baby!!
