I have a lot of realtor friends who bend over backward to help homeowners sell their house. They know their market, know what sells and will sometimes help get the house ready. Some real estate agents will take the extra step and help stage a home. Real estate agents know that a staged home sells faster and will help them close on their property listings. But sometimes, homeowners are not willing to stage their home because they are afraid it will cost a lot of money or they just don't need to do it. Today I want to talk about how you as the real estate agent can read the signs on whether your client is willing to stage their home so that you can sell it faster.
