205. How I Supported 350+ SMMA Clients (My System)

Client retention is everything. There is no point in signing clients if you struggle to keep them. One of the most important aspects of client retention is having a world class support system. Many agencies believe that retention is solely centred around delivering great results. Whilst this is somewhat true, it isn’t the only thing that plays a part. Having a solid support system goes an extremely long way, to the point where even if you aren’t delivering the desired results, a world class support system can keep clients for longer that you’d expect. So it’s important to shift your perspective from delivering great results in order to retain clients, to delivering a great SERVICE. This not only includes delivering excellent results but a great client experience as well. In this podcast, I’m going to be going over the exact support system that I used for over 350+ clients, which allowed me to deliver an incredible client experience. I hope you find it helpful.
