#205 - Zombieland (2009)
from SOFA DOGS Podcast
Subject: Zombieland (2009) Observers: John Pavlich, Tysto Record Date: May 20, 2011, 05:21 PM Plot Summary: An eccentric group of travellers search for friendship, love, family and Twinkies in a desolate America, overrun by Zombies. Note: Just as a disclaimer, I spend arguably too much time complaining about someone else's commentary for this film. Despite that, Tysto does a good job bringing me back on point and keeping the discussion more analytical and relevant to the film in question. We chat about character motivation, survival horror and the delicate balance between funny and scary. I also mistakenly peg an Actor in the film as Canadian. I have made note of this in the recording. Remember to listen for the preemptive countdown before starting the film on your DVD.
