Maintaining a consistent production schedule can be hard if you don't have your systems down. In this episode, I share my 7-phase implementation process when it comes to podcast production. Chunking down a big project like producing a podcast is important in order to move forward. Chunking down the podcast production project must be drilled down to one step at a time, one episode at a time. You must keep your "why" you want to be a podcaster in your line of sight because implementation is hard, but with the right systems, it doesn't have to be.
