206. Leading Chefs Unite to help Hospitality Workers

Never have we seen a crisis so devastating to our business, and never have we seen so many rally together to help however we can. We’ll talk about: - the initial goals and framework for this charity - the obstacles and how they were navigated - who it will benefit and how - tax benefits and IRS exemptions - differences and overlap with the Paycheck Protection Program and how this initiative can inspire any of us to create something similar or assist our industry in another way.
