Andreu: [0:23] Sí. És que… sí. Realment és una de les coses bones d'aquesta època de l'any, de l'hivern. Jo no soc gaire de l'hivern. No sé tu si... Sílvia: [0:32] Sí, jo molt més que de l'estiu. Andreu: [0:34] Sí? Hosti… Sílvia: [0:35] Molt més que de l'estiu, sí, sí. Andreu: [0:37] A veure, jo, fan de l'estiu, no, tampoc, perquè la calor infernal que fa a l'estiu, i més aquí a Barcelona, que estem anxovats... Sílvia: [0:44] Fatal. Andreu: [0:44] No, no, és fatal. Però la primavera i la tardor, doncs sí, molt millor. Però clar, l'hivern té les calçotades, no?, que comencen... realment, la temporada comença a finals de desembre, però jo crec que tothom comença a fer-ne com al gener, finals de gener. Sílvia: [1:00] A principis d'any, sí. Andreu: [1:02] Sí. I això, jo ja he fet una calçotada i en tinc dos més de programades. Sílvia: [1:06] Molt bé, molt bé, Andreu, veig que el calendari el tens ple, ja. Andreu: [1:09] Sí, sí, sí. Per mi, entre dos i tres calçotades l'any està bé. Com a mínim una i més de tres ja potser són massa, perquè a veure, també cal dir que els calçots són una mica indigestos, perquè a veure, són cebes, al final, no?, i la ceba, doncs, té conseqüències... I sí, per això, que dos, tres calçotades a l'any està bé. Per cert, parlant de calçotades, ja sabem, perquè en vam parlar fa temps, que a tu no t'agraden els calçots, no en menges. Sílvia: [1:38] No. Podeu veure el vídeo que vam fer sobre les calçotades, que ho dic obertament. Andreu: [1:46] Sí, el deixarem enllaçat a la descripció, si algú no l'ha vist. Però a casa vostra feu calçotades? És a dir, els teus pares, la teva família, en mengen? Sílvia: [1:55] Sí, sí. Tothom en menja, tothom en menja, i fem… a més a més, la salsa dels calçots no només la fem pels calçots. Vull dir que durant l'any de vegades fem salsa de calçots i la barregem amb la patata i mongeta. Andreu: [2:09] Ah, mira! Sílvia: [2:10] És que... Andreu: [2:12] Clar! Sílvia: [2:12] És que és bona. Llavors, per què només fer-ho amb els calçots, no? Andreu: [2:17] Saps que m'acabes de fer petar el cap? O sigui... Sílvia: [2:21] No se t'havia acudit, no? Andreu: [2:23] No. Sílvia: [2:25] Clar, és que t'acabo d'obrir un munt de possibilitats. Sí, sí. Andreu: [2:28] Clar, clar, clar. És que, de fet, a veure, no ens enganyem, els calçots són bons per la salsa. Vull dir, la gràcia dels calçots és la salsa, igual que la gràcia dels caragols és l'allioli. Sílvia: [2:40] Sí. Doncs ja està. No cal dir res més.
