#206: TIFF People's Choice Winner & Fantasy Movie League Draft

For episode 206, I’m joined once again by my co-host Myles Hughes, with fellow co-host Steve Prusakowski away on assignment in Los Angeles. This week, we're looking at The Life of Chuck winning the People's Choice Award at the Toronto International Film Festival. We discuss TIFF's history with that prize and Oscar, as well as where that movie could go next. There's also discussions of some new films like His Three Daughters (reviewed here) and The Substance (here), plus Speak No Evil. Of course, we also take your questions. Plus, Myles and I draft for our fantasy movie league, with Steve to contribute his soon. We're also doing the Vulture Movies Fantasy League under the league name "awards radar" so if you put that in (two words, lower case, no parenthesis), you can play against us there. The sign up is here and if enough people get involved, we have a prize for the first place finisher in our league. So, don't be shy... As always my friends and faithful listeners/readers, I do hope you all enjoy the latest episode of the Awards Radar Podcast, our 206th one to date (here’s to many more). Of course, feel free to revisit the previous installments by clicking the Podcast tab (here) on the top of the page. Plus, listen to us on Apple Podcasts (iTunes), Spotify, and other platforms. More to come each and every single week, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you for listening!
