2062 - Day 5 Feast of Unleavened Bread 2026
from ACCOG.net · host ACCOG.NET
Darryl Henson - May 5, 2026 - We are reminded not to let the Feast of Unleavened Bread pass without real change in our thinking and our lives. God expects us to actively seek Him rather than drift through these days. We recognize how easily entertainment, technology, and everyday distractions shape our attitudes, so we need to use our elective time—what’s left after work, sleep, and responsibilities—to study Scripture, pray, and focus on God. We learn that both sins of commission and omission matter, and we can’t live by every word of God unless we know it well enough to apply it. When we let hobbies or entertainment take priority, we’re effectively placing other “gods” before Him. Our attitude becomes central: we’re called to be content in whatever circumstances God places us, trusting that He knows exactly where we are and why. Like Paul, who endured hardship yet stayed focused and grateful, we’re encouraged to maintain the right mindset so we can learn what God is teaching us. When we seek Him wholeheartedly, He promises to hear us, guide us, and bless us.
