This month however has seen the campaign take a massive step up with the arrival of an army of volunteers, armed with litter picking tools, all ready to clear up what is, frankly, the mess that some people leave behind. And this time, it’s properly funded with a significant investment from the Oscars Group, which owns several premises on the Prom.
