What does your onboarding process look like?If you took a deep breath whilst looking at the sky thinking about what it entails, then it’s safe to say it definitely needs some work. The reason I know this is because I was once in that same position in the early stages of my journey. I never really had a clear onboarding process that was the same for every client. It almost felt like I was so focused on closing the deal itself, that the onboarding process was left to be something that could be made up on the spot. As you can imagine, this then leads to a very scrappy client experience, which isn’t the best way to start off a relationship at all. Luckily, I pulled myself together & actually created an onboarding process that has been systemsied & designed stress free, allowing for a world class client experience from the very start of signing a client.In this podcast, I share my exact onboarding funnel to show you how you can set it up in a way where it is designed to be as easy as possible, for both you & your client. I hope you find it helpful.
