Welcome back to the Eat Local New York Podcast. This week my guests are Kevin and Corey from Bickering Twins in Ithaca Here is a little about them from their website. "Corey + Kevin Adelman are identical twin brothers originally from northern New Jersey. Kevin attended Ithaca College in 2010 and studied in Bolivia as part of his schooling. After living on and off in Bolivia for two years, Kevin became enamored by Latin culture and Latin food. Corey joined Kevin in Ithaca in 2015 and they began creating the concept for Bickering Twins as a "pop-up" restaurant while continuing to train in a handful of local restaurant kitchens. After testing the concept for 2 years at local restaurants Lincoln Street Diner and Carriage House Cafe, they decided to open their own restaurant together. Bickering Twins reflects their love of food and cooking and their desire to bring the flavors and ingredients of Latin America to Ithaca." Special thanks to our sponsors this week.
