Để lại ấn tượng trong buổi lễ là sự tỉ mỉ và tinh tế của người Nhật từ trang trí, đón khách, lời cảm ơn đến việc chuẩn bị món khai vị nhỏ - Canape. Những miếng bánh Canape được thêm thắt bên trên là xoài Cát Chu sấy dẻo của Đồng Tháp hay vỏ bưởi sấy dẻo của Bến Tre đã để lại ấn tượng vô cùng sâu sắc cho các vị khách tham gia.
