#209 Joseph Whelan - Winning Indy Marathon in 2:12 During a 100 Mile Week

On this episode, the boys had on Joseph Whelan! Joseph just came off of winning the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon in 2:12 during a 100 mile training week.Joseph's ultimate goal this fall/winter is CIM, where the US Marathon Championships are being hosted. He is hoping to go for a podium spot and run 2:09-2:10 at CIM!At age 35, Joseph is having his best year of marathoning so far.
